hiya .... I started Jenny Craig in August .. and it's been up and down with it (chk the weight loss tag) .. been yo-yoing for the past 4 months!!!! Thought it would be easy having the meals planned for me .. but just shows ya it's just as hard .. and you've gotta have your mind in the right head space ... Finally think I have *blush* ...
ReplyDeleteI'm thrilled as I'm back to what I was before I started IVF with the boys .. and only a little to go .. as I'm not one to be a thin thin person .. I just want to be comfortable and fit my clothes .. although need some new ones now as I gave all my smaller sizes away thinking I'd never get to that size ever again *wink*
